    Lenovo Yoga Tab 2 Pro

Pros: Big screen with High resolution, Built in projector, great battery
Cons: High price,  Battery does not last as long with the projector on

Lenovo has been shining all year long, but this addition to the Lenovo family is the most brilliant. Lenovo Yoga Tab 2 Pro, isn't like any other tablet. It is, indeed, full of surpeises.

The Yoga Tab design have been there for a while, beginning with the first Lenovo Yoga tab 8. The metal looking body with a kick stand, which can adjust the position of the tablet on any surface. What's new about the new Yoga Tab 2 Pro is that the Yoga stand has an empty hollowness, in the middle, for the place of the mini subwoofer, and the release button for the kickstand, and when the stand is open you can hang it from the empty space.  Size wise, it's a big tablet, having a 13.0 inch display screen; the device weighs around 948gm. It's a unibody tablet made of Aluminum casing to make sure it is well protected design

For a big tablet, the expectations are big as well, and these expectations are met. The Tablet runs of android kitkat 4.4.2, there hasn't been any confirmation about getting the Lollipop version, but most probably it will. One of the major features is the processor, it's got an Intel-Atom quad-core 1.3 GHz processor, which is similar to those used in windows tablets and notebooks. That means a very smooth performance with no lag. The Internal storage in 32GB with 2GB RAM  , which is quite well enough, and you can add a memory card up to 64 GB, so you'd have all your files, videos and photos with you.perfoem 1

Other than technical features, the tablet has 2 front speakers and a subwoofer at the back, to make sure that you would get a great audio experience to go along with all the other awesome features it has. The User interface is just like most Lenovo devices, it has no apps button on the home page but here there is new preset folders for the apps that you can either save the newly downloaded apps to it or keep them in the home page. Not to forget what makes this device a one of it's kind, the built in projector. You can view whatever is on the screen on any projecting space, with great quality without the hassle you face in presentations or even playing movies from your device to your Smart TV. The Tablet supports 3G networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connections.  And lastly, the mighty 9600mAh Battery that can last up to 15 hours; but if you are going to use it as a projector the time shrinks to 3 hours only.

The tablet has a great 13.3 inches IPS LCD screen, the resolution is QHD, 2560 x 1440 pixels  and with picture density of 221 pixels per inch. Watch HD videos and playing high quality games on this tablet will definitely be an amazing experience. The Lenovo Smart Switch is an option that enables you to adjust screen color and brightness; to suit your eyes whether you are watching a film, playing a game or even reading a book.  But when it comes to display on this tablet, the screen is not the only display method; the built in projector is great either for viewing presentations and documents for work and meetings or for having a cinema experience where ever you like. You'd find a button below the projector lens; this is to adjust the focus, while the projector automatically adjusts the tilt and viewing angles on its own.

For a tablet, having an 8 Megapixel camera is quiet suitable, or we can say well enough. The camera is located at the center of the top back side of the tablet, unlike in the old Yoga Tab, where it was at the corner, which made it not easy to hold the tablet while taking photos, now that issue has been resolved. But unfortunately, it does not have LED flash.  But the picture quality is amazing in sunlight; the camera has different shooting modes, like panorama, macro, and nighmode and also you can add effects while shooting. As for the front Camera it's a 1.6 MP camera, and that will be good enough for video calls, or skype or even taking random selfies.Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 Pro rearcamera

    Bottom line

The Lenovo Yoga Tab 2 Pro is an innovative tablet that is unique and one of a kind, the design is considered to be a revolutionary one, just as its specs especially the built in projector. The price might be a bit high, but for these features; the screen size, the battery, the projector, it all seems normal. If you are looking for something unique and superb in terms of features, and you don’t mind spending a lot, then you should consider Lenovo Yoga Tab 2 Pro.
